Finally...Catching up on everything!!!

I couldn't decide which pictue I liked best so I posted 3 out of the ten that I took of these two babies. Cambree is on the right, Aubree Burkhardt is on the left. They are one month apart. Who do you think is older (Answer below)?

"What are you going to do to me . . . . ?"

If you picked Cambree you are correct!

Bailee is now officially a school girl. She goes to pre-school twice a week and has dance and a tumbling class for 45 mins. right before school at the same place. It is very nice to have it all at once. I totally recommend it.

Another picture of the school girl.

Bailee's friend Katelyn is in her class at school so it makes it more fun for them. Every day after class they want to check out the fishies. We tell them if they are naughty in school that we'll send them to swim with the fishies. They don't understand that that is supposed to be a threat.

Cambree is such a big girl now w/ such a big personality and so curious about life.

Starting to feed her solids. As you can see, it's quite the mess at first.

Labor Day weekend in Schofield at my sister-in-laws cabin. Out for a little ride in the stroller.

Fishing at Schofield (spelling?) reservoir.

4-wheeling w/ Daddy and cousin Paige.

Bailee just chilling in the cabin.

Stake Lagoon Day; on the train ride w/ cousins Ryder & Carter.

Bailee isn't afraid anymore to go on ride's by herself.

Bailee and Annie from our ward. Annie is actually a triplet and these triplets are two years older than Bailee and just adore her.

Half Marathon... check,check

Well, I have certain goals in my life that I like to check off and this is one of them. When Cambree was about 3 weeks old, Toby asked me if I would like to the Logan half marathon w/ her. My recovery was so much better this time that I instantly said yes I can do it. So when Cambree was about 7 weeks old, we started our training. Toby is so organized and had a training schedule completely mapped out. We did our speed workouts on Wed. mornings and long runs on Sat. Since I teach 6 classes a week, I had to do the other two running days on my own and it was usually a day that I taught yoga or some type of sculpting class. I didn't do my runs on the same day as a spin class very often.
Toby and I finished our half marathon yesterday in 1 hour and 48 mins. running together the whole time. Also, that is averaging out 8 min. and 15 sec. per mile. For those of you don't know a half marathon is 13.1 miles.
I've always wanted to do a full marathon but after doing this half marathon I've realized that I will do a marathon one time in my life and one time only. However, I think I will do a half marathon again. It was tough but well worth it.
I've done sprint and olympic triathlons and this by far was harder than either.

Cove Fort Days...

Cove Fort Days is a fun tradition w/ the Harman side of the family.

Our first overnight get away in a hotel w/ two kids. It's pretty sad when the 3 year old is the one that wake's up the baby in the middle of the night.

Cambree, Luke, Bailee, Caitlyn, Evan (Left to right). Cambree loves being in the water tons.

5 year anniversary

For our 5 year anniversary, Luke and I went to the Zermatt Resort in Midway for the night. It was a wonderful break from my two girls. We relaxed and took full advantage of getting lots of sleep and relaxation time at the resort, then as we checked out we headed for a mountain bike ride up Soldier Hollow. I haven' been mountain biking since before I was pregnant w/ Bailee. I decided that I like road biking better cause I'm just not as daring as I used to be. We had lots of fun.
Thanks honey for a great 5 years!!!

24th of July 10k

Toby and I have been training all summer for a half marathon and the Deseret News 10k was included in the training. It was sure lots of fun.

10 year High School Reunion

Heidi made this beautiful sign. Theron on the left was our student body president. You might also see him at comedy sports in Provo.

Me and Beautiful Libby

It was my 10 year high school reunion this summer. This is a bunch of my friends that I hung out with in High School. From L to R Amie Palmer, Krissa Allen, April Sullivan, Mandy Douglas, me, Kari Roberts, Heidi Nelson, Angie Sanders, Nicole Carter, Maria Blanchard and Libby Robertson. It was a ton of fun. My friend Nicole came in town that I never get to see and we had a girls night out the night before and went to the movie "The Proposal". I stayed up til 1 a.m. and I had a 2 1/2 mth. old baby at the time so it was a little crazy. The day of the reunion, we went to the park by M.V.H.S. with our kids and had a picnic, then that evening, we went to UVU ballroom and after that Nicole had a little get together at her house w/ all the girls and guys that we hung out w/ in high school. Once again, I stayed up til the wee hours 3 a.m. this time.

Good times!!!

4th of July...

We started the 4th of July w/ the annual freedom run 10k.
However, I am training for a half marathon w/ my friend Toby from my ward and this was part of our training.

Then we went to the Parade

Bailee & Tavia (cousin) were roasting in the sun
After the parade, we went to my parents house and had a barbecue. The girls were completely worn out so all of us went home and took long naps. I love holidays for this reason. Then we had a pretty mellow evening and just went to the Thanksgiving point Fireworks.

Picture time!!! One heck of a day.

Try taking two kids w/ two matching outfits each and a blessing dress to get pictures at kiddie kandids. the results is that you only get 8 pictures to choose from. So all that work for just a few pictures to keep. That will be the last time I take that many outfits w/ two girls to kiddie kandids. Luckily, they did turn out pretty dang cute. Thank goodness Luke was here to help me.

I wish I would've curled her hair better.

Baby Blessing Dress!!!

We had to bribe Bailee w/ ice cream, then the slide at the mall and finally a buzz light year toy worked for her to get her to hold Cambree. This was about a month ago and now she will hold Cambree all the time. Something about turning three.

These shoes were from children's place and they were so cute but they ended up being too big. We bought them right before the picture and had to return them right after.

This is my favorite of Bailee.

I realized that I am somewhat a stress eater. A whole box of wheat thins later, we made it home in a sucess.

Bailee turns 3... and the whole month of June

Bailee woke up this year to her traditional B-day pancakes. She had to eat all 3 pancakes in order to get her 3 dollars. That wasn't too hard. Luke had to eat 30 last year.
Birthday cake time.
Yes I had to buy a cake that would not tempt me to eat. Boughten ones do not tempt me like homemade ones or the big round chocolate cake from Costco. Really, I'm not a huge cake fan except that huge round one from Costco or Luke's mom's homemade carrot cake or pineapple cake w/ there homemade cream cheese frosting. Yum, yum.

Blowing out all 3 candles.

Opening presents.

Pinata time. Some of the kids were even scared of this demented version of Elmo.

Bailee had fun.

Good food as always.

Grandpa, Tavia and Avorie

The new big blow up toy that made Bailee's party a complete hit.

The triplets in our ward that adore Bailee. She loves them too.

Bailee & Katelyn. Bailee's most favorite girlfriend.

New Presents. Bailee love's her new presents

Gage's B-day/Costume party!!!

Our cousin Gage had a fun B-day/costume party. Three days before the party a cute girl from my classes at the gym, brought me some cute fairy outfits for both girls as a new present for Cambree. The tiny pink tutu was so adorable I just wanted to squeeze her when she was wearing it. You can't over look her cute sparkly silver shoes that she is wearing. Another fun gift from a friend.
Luke always on the ground playing w/ all the kids.

It was easier to get Bailee excited to dress up when I came upstairs and was dressed as a butterfly.

Bailee's cute fairy outfit.

I'm crafty...uh I guess

Well, after my 2nd girl, I decided I should learn how to make flower bows, so I signed up for Super Saturday in our ward the day before the baby blessing. Even though I didn't have time, it was well worth it. I'm very proud of my work. Although Cambree doesn't like that huge flower on her head yet. Poor girl, we couldn't get a good picture of her.
My precious sleepy baby.

Cambree's baby blessing

We had Cambree's baby blessing on June 7, 2009. It was also my mom's B-day that day so we celebrated that as well. Luke gave a wonderful blessing. It always brings me to tears when Luke give's our babies there blessing. I'm so greatful that he is worthy to do it.

The month of May...

Cambree and her new best friend Aubrey Burkhardt. They don't know it yet but they will be good friends.
It's funny the difference between a fresh newborn and a baby that is one month old.

My new baby sitter for the summer is the kiddie pool on our back deck. As you can see, Bailee has had to learn how to pull her own panties, swim suit etc up because mom is very busy so this is what it looks like sometimes. She'll kill me one day but if she's like Luke and I then she probably won't care that much.

Sweet little Cambree w/ her cheekies. My cousin Kristie came over the other day and took this cute picture.

Things to keep us busy while we're at home is doing fun things like painting toe nails. Bailee is very proud of her painted toes.

Another picture of Cambree sleeping.

Bailee learning how to hold Cambree.

AN ACT OF KINDNESS...

Everything you see in this pictures was absolutely free. Can you believe it?
Well, it actually came to about $30.00 but when I got to the check out stand and she rung up the total, I realized that I forgot my wallet in the car so I ran out to the car w/ my kids, came back in and the cashier said that it was taken care of. This nice young girl standing behind me had paid for everything. That very same girl also told me that some nice old man paid for it and so I didn't even get the chance to thank the girl. The cashier waited to tell me til the girl had left. Anyways, I think she felt a little sorry for me as I may have looked a little stressed. The funny thing is that I spent so much time figuring out the deals this particular evening and making sure everything matched up and then I got it all for free anyways. Well, at least it wasn't over $100 dollars for her, which it normally would have. This has taught me a lesson to pay it forward.
